Built for the 1976 Summer Olympics, the Olympic Stadium is located in Montréal's Hochelaga-Maisonneuve district. The Big O can be spotted by the 175-metre Montreal Tower – the tallest inclined tower on the globe.
Seating over 66,000 people, the venue is Quebec's – and Canada's – largest stadium by capacity. Thousands of concerts, trade shows, and large-scale special events have been hosted at the stadium throughout the years, welcoming more than 100 million visitors to Montréal.
The stadium served as the host to the Grey Cup six times, was home for the National League Montreal Expos from 1977 through 2003 and for the NASL's Montreal Manic soccer team from 1981 to 1983.
Special events held at the stadium include RV Shows, CFL Eastern finals, Supermotorcross, FIFA U-20 World Cup games, and Monster Spectacular. The Big O is also home to Olympic Park.
