From Montreal and its suburbs like Brossard and Laval, to Drummondville, don’t miss out on the adventures Quebec will yield.

Throughout the winter in Quebec, you’ll discover a wealth of exceptional skiing destinations. Visit Mont-Laurier and find easy access to many of Quebec’s best ski areas like the Centre de Ski de Fond Gai-Luron in Saint-Jermone. Others include the Parc du Domaine Vert in Mirabel, known for sterling cross-country skiing and snowshoeing chances, and the Parc Regional Val-David-Val-Morin – 63 kilometres of to ski across 31 trails.

Visit Montreal and celebrate the holiday season with the whole family. Check out Merry Montreal in Old Montreal throughout the month of December – fireworks displays, live music, and loads of holiday-themed games for the kids. And don’t miss a chance to see The Nutcracker live at the Place des Arts – select dates throughout the month of December.

One of Montreal’s most exceptional event venues is Centre Bell. Home to a wealth of excellent live shows and performances throughout the year, and the home ice of the Montreal Canadiens, Centre Bell should be your main destination on March 3rd. You’ll have a chance to see Game of the Thrones: Live Concert Experience starting at 7 p.m. Fans of the popular television series will no doubt want to label this as a can’t-miss.

Pack your gloves and a quality scarf and head for the Old Port of Montreal on February 11th. Starting at 11 a.m. you can watch, or partake in, the Montreal Ice Canoe Challenge. Battle the frigid temperatures and icy waters in the port as you face others in this extreme sport.

In Quebec be sure to experience what many know as the “largest winter carnival in the world.” From January 27th to February 12th you can explore the famous Quebec Winter Carnival. Keep your eye out for Bonhomme Carnaval, the official Quebec Winter Carnival mascot – you can’t miss his red hat.
